Dr. Kasprzak has 20 years of experience in automobile vehicle dynamics engineering.  

Tire Testing -- includes:
  • Test planning and logistics
  • Test monitoring/oversight
  • Reviewing real-time test data & implementing test plan adjustments
  • Located near the Calspan Tire Research Facility
  • Familiar with other test facilities

Tire Modeling -- experience with semi-empirical models:
  • Ph.D. dissertation on tire modeling
  • Author and developer of comprehensive force and moment semi-empirical models with custom features
  • Tire data reduction to model coefficients
  • Familiar with Pacejka models and others

Vehicle Simulation -- authoring, developing, populating and using:
  • Lumped-parameter dynamic models

  • Race circuit simulation models
  • Vehicle sub-system models (suspension, steering, etc.)
